So, I just finished a short session at the gym. I had no intentions of it being a short sesh but PJ, a personal trainer there, was opening the gym today and he was 10 fucking mins late!! He usually opens the gym a bit early.
So for someone like me that only gets 35mins max to workout before work, opening the gym 10mins late is a big deal.
I stayed 5mins longer than my regular cut off time...

Because I’ve lost so much weight and because I’m a couple of kilos away from my UGW I give myself permission to slack off in the food & gym department.

For me personally, I believe that anyone trying to lose weight needs to know how to count calories. The end. None of this “oh that’s not really important” bull shit. It IS important. It’s VERY important.
It’s hard to get the hang of it at first but like most things in life, it’s worth making the effort to learn about calorie...

You bet it tastes good! I’ve always hated sweet cereals. Ever since I was a kid I have always loved healthier brands of cereal like Just Right and Sultana Bran. Coco Pops never cut it for me. Who wants a chocolate, crunchy milkshake for breakfast anyways lol.
