At the gym this morning when I was doing my regular arm stuff I noticed some definition coming back into my arms!!
Whenever I stop working out I’m always really gutted that my arms lose their shape, so I’m super stoked that they’re starting to look like their former glorious guns haha.

It's REALLY cold in Sydney!
For real. Winter is going to be a killer this year. It’s not even officially winter yet and I’m already frozen.
With that said, I just realised that I don’t really have any winter workout gear. I’m gonna have to go do some shopping to buy some new stuff. Mostly pants I think. Shirts I’ve got. It’s pants I need.
