This is an awesome website that teaches you how to keep track of your calorie intake for the day. I know it taught me a lot. I still use it sometimes when I’m slipping off track but I’m pretty much on top of what I can eat to stay under my 1200 calories for the day.
Australian Women’s Health Magazine
I use this website for exercise tips. I’m an irregular buyer of their magazine and every time I buy it, it motivates me to get back into my healthy eating and exercise routine. Their site always has great recipes and workout tips. Definitely check it out.
Virtual Fitness Trainer
I really love this website. They have a lot of great tips and advice for people looking to lose weight or to bulk up in the muscle department. They have a newsletter and send out an edition whenever they have a new blog online. I’ve only been subscribed to their newsletter for a few weeks but every time a newsletter has been sent out the blog has always been something I have been interested in for my weight loss goal. I recommend browsing the site and subscribing to their newsletter.
Convert kilograms to pounds
If you’re anything like me, you love comparing your weight to celebrity chicks to see how you compare lol. Sad, I know, but I do it. Since I live in Australia we use kilograms and Americans use pounds so I dug up this handy little thing for all my celebrity weight stalking needs.
Naturopathy - Food cravings (alternatives)
I found this website a while back and refer to it every now and then. My usual craving is chocolate so I have the alternatives to that craving memorised lol.
Calories Required To Lose Weight Calculator
I don’t know how accurate, credible or safe this thing is but it’s always interesting to stumble across stuff like.
