I’ve been doing really great for the past 2 weeks when it comes to my eating.
I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things. I’m still yet to sign back up to the gym though. Pay day is tomorrow so I should spend my money on a membership (aka: something useful) instead of spending it on crap.
But yeah, I’m stoked with how well I have been. I create my menu in Calorie King and stick to it. Weekends need work but for the most part, I’ve been awesome.
Yay for progress.
