
Yay, Summer is just around the corner for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere. For once I’ll be able to be comfortable and actually wear summer dresses and singlet tops and feel confident. Admittedly, I’m not 100% there yet…but I’m not far off.
So with Summer on my mind it’s time for me to get back on track with my eating and start getting beach ready!! This past week of eating whatever the hell I’ve wanted has been awesome lol. I feel like I’ve rewarded myself for pushing myself to look hot in my bridesmaid dress and now I’m finally ready to start reeling my diet back in and focusing on living a healthy lifestyle once again.
Eating junk food is all well and good every now and then but to be honest, I’m over it. I feel sluggish and heavy. Not how you want to be feeling in the lead up to Summer that’s for sure, especially when you want to have a body like Gisele Bündchen for Summer!
