
First, I heard back form the coach and recruitment officer of the dragon boating team I wrote to. The season has finished but they will be starting their winter training and conditioning to prepare for next season in a few weeks and I’ve been invited to attend :)
Second, my best bud’s birthday is next week and we are going out Saturday night (23rd). I wanted to trim down a bit before her b’day and am only just now realising that it’s next week….whoops. So time to kick it up a notch and get back on track with my food so my tummy will be nice and slim for said b’day celebrations. Not fussed on losing weight on the scales, just slimming down and looking fit.
So starting tomorrow it’s back to counting calories and weighing my food.
