I think I may have just discovered the best website ever. It’s called Low Carb Central…AND it’s Australian!!
It has bread, muffins, waffles, chips, chocolate, lollies…good lord, this website is going to send me broke!
HEALTHY LOWCARB CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST
Recipe:
- Add 200g raw cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until the texture looks like rice
- Preheat oven on 230 degree Celcius and microwave to cauliflower rice for 7 minutes 3
- Mix the microwaved cauliflower with 100g cheese of your choice(I used non GMO soy), 2 eggwhites (65 g) or 1 whole big egg, spicery and herbs
- Put the mixture on a baking paper and spread with your hands
- Now put the crust for 20 minutes into your oven
- Add toppings of your choice and put again for 6-9 minutes into your oven 7

Ingredients:
- 1 large seedless watermelon
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk (left in fridge for 6 hours or more)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 cup sliced raw almonds
- Seasonal fresh fruit (for topping)
Food is good and all that but YOU REALLY FUCKING NEED WATER. I always drink one glass of water before each meal and another glass right after. Shit, that’s almost all the water you need in a day.
Feeling tired? Got a headache? Nauseous? Fuck those Rx commercials with their crazy ass side effects, drinking more water is the cheapest way to feel better. I drink mine straight but if you’re fancy as fuck then toss in some lemon, mint leaves, lime, cucumber, lemongrass. I don’t give a good goddamn, JUST DRINK IT.
Fiber-packed black bean brownies today:
1 can of black beans,
1/2 cup egg whites,
2 tbsp cocoa powder,
1 scoop cellucor COR molten choc protein powder,
pinch salt,
1tsp vanilla,
1/2 cup stevia in the raw—
Blend, pour in small square pan, top with dark chocolate morsels or nuts if you want, bake at 350 for 30 min. Cut into nine brownies, see macros above. Totally satisfying.
Might add banana in next batch for slightly different consistency? Either way, yum—protein and fiber and sweet tooth craving abolished.

I bought OxyELITE Powder the other day. Today’s the first day I’ve used it.
So far I haven’t had any weird side-effects like the jitters or dizziness.
I’ve read nothing but positive reviews for the OxyELITE Pro pills (they’re actually banned in Australia because they have an ingredient in them that’s only available through prescription in Oz) - and since the powder has been re-formulated, it’s now allowed to be sold in Australia.
So since the pills are outta the question, the next best option is the powder.
I obviously don’t have any positives to mention yet since today is day one, but I’ll keep you posted.
I do have a negative to report though. The after-taste is bleurgh. I’ve got the grape flavour and while it smells nice, and tastes nice at first, that after-taste needs some getting used to.
Is anyone else taking OxyElite Powder? If not, which supplements are you taking?
