Fiber-packed black bean brownies today:

1 can of black beans,

1/2 cup egg whites,

2 tbsp cocoa powder,

1 scoop cellucor COR molten choc protein powder,

pinch salt,

1tsp vanilla,

1/2 cup stevia in the raw—

Blend, pour in small square pan, top with dark chocolate morsels or nuts if you want, bake at 350 for 30 min. Cut into nine brownies, see macros above. Totally satisfying.

Might add banana in next batch for slightly different consistency? Either way, yum—protein and fiber and sweet tooth craving abolished.

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt - add 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp sweetener, 1 tbsp mini chips, and 1/4 tsp vanilla to Greek yogurt.

OH MY GOD THIS LOOKS HEAVENLY.

~ Paleo Pancakes (I know, I’m obsessed) ~

What you need:

  1. Banana
  2. Two eggs
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Toppings of choice (optional)

The How To:

  1. Mash Banana in bowl
  2. Add cinnamon to mashed banana (stir in) 
  3. Add two whole eggs to banana & cinnamon (stir in)
  4. Wa-hoo! You now have (a very healthy) pancake mix. 
  5. Make like pancakes in a pan (medium-low heat) 
  6. Serve & add topping of your choice

I found this recipe floating around Tumblr and thought it looked delish! So I figured I’d try to make it.

Even though the pic isn’t exactly appetising, and it looks kinda burnt, it was quite yummy. The pic on the left is it in its entirety, on the right is it cut up into little slices.

Since the original recipe is for 6 people, I made a smaller version which would suit 2 people or 1 hungry person. It’s quite high in calories, fat and carbs so just make sure you chill out on the fats and carbs for the rest of the day.

Fat - 16.9g
Protein - 18.4g
